I turn technical complexity into clear product and GTM decisions.

Systems Design Engineer and IESE MBA with 9+ years across enterprise software, AI research, product strategy, and operations. I find the real problem, build the evidence, and help teams decide what to do next.

Each case shows a different part of how I work: strategy, technical depth, analytics, customer judgment, or scaled execution.

Versa

A live daily word game and the quality system behind it.

I built the generation, cross-model evaluation, human review, and product analytics workflow that moves content from candidate to publication.

Inside the Frontier

How do leading AI labs decide whether a model is ready to ship?

I built a grounded research system over a 2,500+ file corpus and compared evaluation, safety, and release practices across frontier labs.

Daybreak

From a weak first idea to a sharper market thesis and a deployed GLP-1 companion.

I mapped the market, found four unmet needs, chose a product wedge, built the product requirements and business model, and shipped a working web app.

Enterprise Work

Autodesk taught me how decisions change when the users are experts, the product is deeply technical, and the cost of disruption is high.

How I Work

The tools change. The operating pattern does not.

01

Find the real constraint.

I do not start with a feature. I find the decision, bottleneck, or user problem that changes the outcome.

02

Build evidence from more than one source.

I combine market research, user evidence, product data, technical analysis, and experiments when the problem needs it.

03

Translate across functions.

I make technical systems clear to non-technical teams and turn business goals into requirements technical teams can act on.

04

Close the loop after launch.

I instrument products, review failures, and use what happens in the real world to change the next decision.

Lab Notes

Useful experiments, without pretending every build needs a full case study.

About

Engineer by training. Product person by practice. Strategist by repetition.

I started in front-end engineering, moved into product design, then research and operations at Autodesk. My MBA added the commercial and strategy lens. AI pulled those threads together: technical systems, customer judgment, data, and decisions under uncertainty.

I am most useful in roles where the problem crosses boundaries: GTM strategy for technical products, AI product, product strategy, forward-deployed work, and cross-functional programs.

Working on a hard product problem?

I am exploring GTM Strategy, AI Product, Product Strategy, and Forward Deployed roles.
